This is one of my best Pick 3 systems.
These numbers hit consistently.
VERY IMPORTANT: This is NOT a pen and paper system. You will have to use my programs to use this system. This is fine if you already have access to my programs. However, if you are good with EXCEL or if you are a PROGRAMMER you may be able to come up with the same lists my programs do. You will also need the last 200 numbers that hit your state to use this system (midday, evening, midday evening, etc). Also, you will need to do the Checklist workout using a LAPTOP computer; you can not do the workout on your phone. It is all explained in this detailed 71 page PDF report.
